Systems consulting can take many forms. We take the approach that all systems are unequivocally different, but have some similarities. We also approach each consultation with the utmost respect for existing work flows and processes. As consultants, we draw from collective experience and training to provide our customers with the best possible experience. Our processes can communication standards have been developed over the years to minimize negative impact while maximizing results. Our main focus during a consultation project is overall IT strategy and effectiveness.

We generally divide our consulting process into five assessment components:
  • Quality: Initially, we will spend time interviewing and collaborating with existing personnel (technical and non-technical), reviewing records and evaluating current processes and systems.

  • Viability: After the quality check, Juris Fabrilis will begin to review and evaluate the viability of the existing infrastructure to determine growth potential and capability.

  • Storage/Backup/Restore: Upon verification of storage resources and backup / restore policies, we will have gained a high-level view of how storage is utilized and whether or not its capacity for growth and management is reasonable.

  • Internal Communications: Our goal during this phase is to determine what, if any, processes and policies are in place to ease the burden of internal communications. If internal communication is difficult, we will apply root cause analysis to determine and correct the problem.

  • External Communications/Web Presence: Finally, we will evaluate how easy it is for potential and current customers to communicate with the client. We will evaluate if the website information current and if the phone systems and messaging systems work as designed. If it is unusually difficult for a customer to make contact, they will generally go elsewhere.
